IMK was part of the team that represented two intervening organizations before the Supreme Court in Attorney General of Quebec v. Bijou Cibuabua Kanyinda. The interveners' submissions dealt with the importance of an intersectional analysis in assessing section 15 of the Charter and the appropriate remedies for under-inclusive legislation.
