Bianca has a diverse litigation practice and is involved in various areas, including class actions, real estate law, contract law, constitutional law, and administrative law.
Bianca joined IMK in 2024 after completing her articling and practicing litigation at a national and international firm. She obtained her Bachelor of Civil Law (B.C.L.)/Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from McGill University with a minor in literary studies and practices in 2021. During her studies, she completed a clerkship at the Superior Court of Québec and at the Tribunal Administratif du Québec. She also participated in the Pierre-Basile Mignault Moot Court Competition and was involved with the university association every year.
