IMK Team at the Supreme Court of Canada.

Last week, the Supreme Court of Canada heard the landmark case between the English-Montréal School Board et al. and the Attorney General of Quebec et al. in the contestation of the constitutionality of the Act respecting the laicity of the State. This case is of great significance in the Canadian legal landscape.

IMK represents appellants Ichrak Nourel Hak, the National Council of Canadian Muslims and the Canadian Civil Liberties Association pro bono in this case. The team comprising David Grossman, Olga Redko and Marie-Hélène Lyonnais argued at the hearing.
