IMK successfully defended the City of Montréal in a lawsuit related to the awarding of contracts for the organization of the Formula E event. The trial judgment addresses, among other things, the legal framework governing contract awards by non-profit organizations (NPOs) and the principles applicable to establishing a quantifiable prejudice. The matter is currently under appeal.
