Étienne is involved in a variety of civil and commercial matters, with a special interest in all questions related to administrative law, constitutional law, and class actions.
Étienne joined IMK in 2018 as a law student. Subsequently, he obtained a master’s degree (M.Jur.) with Distinction from the University of Oxford, where he received a scholarship from Merton College and the Faculty of Law. He was a law clerk to the Honourable Malcolm Rowe of the Supreme Court of Canada.
Étienne has appeared at all levels of court, including the Court of Appeal of Quebec and the Supreme Court of Canada.
