Mouna’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, contractual disputes, class actions, and matters related to constitutional law. Mouna is involved in several long-term files in connection with public contracts in the engineering and construction sectors and has also acquired experience in shareholders disputes and arbitration matters. She represents individuals as well as institutional clients.
Mouna joined IMK in December 2017 after practicing for over three years with a national firm. In the course of her studies, she obtained a Masters of Law from McGill University with a thesis on legislative interpretation.
