Quebec Bar — 2014
Mouna has a strong interest for class actions, contractual disputes and matters related to administrative and constitutional law. In the course of her practice, she also acquired experience in shareholders disputes and arbitration matters and pleaded before the Court of Quebec, the Superior Court, the Federal Court, and the Quebec Court of Appeal.
Mouna joined IMK in December 2017 after practicing for over three years with a national firm. In the course of her studies, she obtained a Masters of Law from McGill University with a thesis on legislative interpretation and taught a legal research course at the Faculty of Law of Université de Sherbrooke.
