IMK has cutting-edge expertise in the area of municipal law. Our mandates range from class actions involving municipalities to matters of zoning and expropriation.

We currently represent a municipality as part of a request for authorization to institute a class action following a water advisory. Another file involves a request for authorization to institute a class action concerning alleged abuses committed by a former municipal employee. We regularly provide legal advice and representation before various instances on all aspects of municipal law including zoning, acquired rights, calls for tender and general municipal liability.
