We are very proud to announce the appointment of Me François Goyer and Me Mouna Aber as partners of IMK. Both have distinguished themselves by their excellent work as litigators, their contribution to the development of the firm and their dedication to foster our fundamental values.
Me Aber’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, class actions, and matters related to public law. She acts regularly in matters related to misappropriation of public funds and shareholders disputes. Mouna has an extensive pleading experience and has participated in several large-scale cases. She holds a Master’s degree in law from McGill University and is actively involved in recruitment and mentoring at IMK.
Me Goyer has appeared before all Quebec and federal courts in a variety of cases, ranging from commercial law to administrative and constitutional law. He also advises institutional clients on their contractual and environmental issues on a regular basis. François has been teaching contract law at the Université de Montréal since 2018.
