IMK is representing the two main construction unions in Québec in two related class actions. Following a decision by the Court of Appeal replacing collective recovery with an individual recovery process, recovery proceedings are now underway, raising numerous novel legal questions. In addition, IMK successfully opposed the authorization of the related class action on prescription grounds.
