IMK represented the Women’s Legal and Education Action Fund (LEAF), as an intervener before the Supreme Court of Canada in a file regarding the right to equality guaranteed by section 15 of the Canadian Charter for women asylum seekers wishing to have access to subsidized daycare in Québec.
