IMK represented the Intervenor, Canadian Bar Association, before the Supreme Court of Canada, the Ontario Court of Appeal (and the Nova Scotia Court of Appeal, in related litigation) in a dispute arising out of the law society’s decision not to accredit the university in the context of a discriminatory admissions policy.
