Arbitration and mediation.

IMK is often called upon to represent clients in arbitration. Some of our lawyers are occasionally designated to act as arbitrators, alone or as part of a panel of three, or as mediators accredited by the Court of Québec’s Small Claims Division. All of our lawyers represent clients in mediation and settlement negotiations.
