Giacomo practises in private international law, international arbitration and civil and commercial litigation. His practice covers all aspects of arbitration and litigation, including providing legal advice, drafting proceedings and representing clients before the courts.

He regularly serves as Tribunal secretary in international arbitrations governed by the ICC and LCIA rules, as well as sole arbitrator under the rules of the Canadian Commercial Arbitration Centre (CCAC). Moreover, Giacomo is a member of the List of Rising Arbitrators of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre.

Prior to joining IMK, Giacomo practiced in the Montreal office of an international law firm.
