Sophie represents clients in complex litigation in construction law, securities, real estate law, as well as commercial disputes. She handles demanding cases in terms of duration, scope, novel issues and technical and scientific aspects. Her areas of practice also cover directors’ liability and administrative law. She regularly appears before the Superior Court, as well as the Quebec Court of Appeal.

Since her arrival at IMK in 2000 Sophie has represented large corporations as well as individuals. She has participated in commercial arbitrations and has accumulated many years of experience as a director and corporate secretary for non-profit organizations.
