Mouna's practice focuses on commercial litigation, class actions, and extraordinary remedies such as injunctions and Mareva or Anton Piller orders. She is involved in several fraud-related matters, notably in the context of public contracts, and has developed substantial experience in shareholder litigation. Mouna has strong advocacy experience, including appearances before the Québec Court of Appeal, and has taken part in lengthy trials.

Mouna joined IMK in 2017 after practicing for over three years with a national firm. In the course of her studies, she obtained a Master of Law from McGill University with a thesis on legislative interpretation.
