Danielle has a background in both common and civil law, allowing her to tackle complex multidisciplinary and multi-jurisdictional legal issues. She prides herself on crafting pragmatic legal solutions to real-world problems. She addresses sensitive matters with tact and discretion.
At IMK, she enjoys a broad practice, in English and French, including contractual claims, corporate law and shareholder disputes, real estate and commercial leasing disputes, class actions, public tender law, seizure and execution of foreign judgments and awards, and more. Danielle joined IMK in 2018 after practicing at the Toronto office of another leading Canadian law firm.
Danielle has appeared at all levels of court, including the Court of Appeal of Quebec and the Supreme Court of Canada.
