Benoit Régimbald
Associate
Benoit's practice focuses primarily on civil, commercial, and administrative litigation. He regularly represents municipalities as well as various public and parapublic organizations. He also advises senior executives and employers on a wide range of employment law matters and advocates for their interests before the courts.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws and a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and International Law from the Université du Québec à Montréal. He is currently completing a Master of Laws at McGill University, where he is writing a thesis on non-compete clauses in the employment context.
Benoit joined IMK in 2024.
