Sophie represents the STM in a claim for contractual damages and other damages for an amount of $27 million following the cancellation by the STM of the contract of Global Tardif in relation to the supply and installation of escalators in eight metro stations in Montreal. Global Tardif claims from the STM an amount of $21.4 million. The trial is scheduled to take place in the Spring 2026.
