Benoit Régimbald

Benoit joined IMK in 2024 as a student-at-law and subsequently completed his articling at the firm.
His strong interest in employment law leads him to regularly advise executives and employers on various aspects of employment relationships. His practice also includes civil, commercial and administrative litigation, as well as class actions.
Benoit holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and International Law from the Université du Québec à Montréal. He is currently completing a Master of Laws at McGill University, where he is writing a thesis on non-compete clauses in the employment context. Throughout his legal studies, Benoit volunteered at two legal clinics in Montréal.
