Soprema Inc. v. Attorney General of Canada and Owens Corning Canada.

Soprema challenged before the Federal Court certain permits granted by Environment Canada to our client, Owens Corning. This case raised the issue of whether a competitor has standing to seek judicial review of an administrative decision by a federal agency granting a permit. Following a motion to dismiss filed by IMK, the plaintiff withdrew its action.
