IMK obtained a permanent injunction for its client allowing it to complete its due diligence and transfer title on a commercial property, in a situation where the seller refused to follow through on a promise to sell. Following a trial, the Superior Court issued detailed orders to allow the multi-million real estate transaction to be completed (2023 QCCS 3468).
