IMK successfully defended the interests of its client, Immeubles Rimanesa Inc., both at trial and on appeal, in a more than $28 million action seeking to force the repurchase of limited partnership interests at fair market value. After two trials and an appeal, IMK succeeded in having virtually all of the claims against its client dismissed.
