IMK assisted its client in filing complaints with the Autorité des marchés publics regarding tender documents issued by a public body that unduly restricted competition. The Autorité des marchés publics upheld Les Contrôles A.C.'s complaints and ordered the public body to suspend its tenders and redraft its tender documents. The public body sought judicial review of the Autorité des marchés publics's decision, and IMK intervened in the judicial review proceedings to uphold the administrative decision. Following a contested hearing on the merits, the Superior Court dismissed the public body's application for judicial review and upheld the Autorité des marchés publics's decision, to the benefit of IMK's client (2025 QCCS 1338).
