Mouna’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, class actions, and matters related to constitutional law. She is involved in several files concerning misappropriation of public funds in connection with public contracts and has extensive experience in shareholders disputes. Mouna has argued before all levels of court in Québec and has participated in several lengthy trials.
Mouna joined IMK in 2017 after practicing for over three years with a national firm. In the course of her studies, she obtained a Master of Law from McGill University with a thesis on legislative interpretation.

Turenne et al. v. FTQ-Construction: FTQ Construction before the Superior Court and the Court of Appeal in a class action instituted by workers and companies in the construction industry alleging losses suffered further to demonstrations that occurred in 2011
Vidéotron v. Rogers: Rogers in a major contractual dispute relating to a joint telecommunication network
Peillon v. Couche-Tard inc. et als.: McKesson Canada Corporation in a proposed class action against several retailers for alleged wrongful advertising practices in relation to prepaid cards
Ville de Montréal and Law 26: Ville de Montréal in several files related to the recovery of amounts improperly paid in the context of collusion schemes
Gaz Métro v. Stornoway Diamonds (Canada) Inc.: Stornoway Diamonds Canada Inc. in a contractual dispute involving the supply of liquefied gas
Cohen v. Dollarama inc. et als.: IMK is defending McKesson Canada Corporation in a proposed class action against several retailers for alleged wrongful advertising practices in relation to reusable bags
Benjamin v. VW Credit Canada Inc.: Benjamin before the Superior Court et the Court of Appeal in an authorized class action about long-term vehicle lease transfer fees
