Miriam has a diverse civil litigation practice, focusing particularly on areas of employment law, administrative law, constitutional law, human rights, and commercial litigation. She has appeared on behalf of clients before the Quebec Superior Court and Court of Appeal, the Federal Court of Canada, and administrative tribunals such as the CNESST.
Before joining IMK in 2018, Miriam developed an expertise in administrative and constitutional litigation as an articling student with the Department of Justice Canada. She also served as a law clerk to the Honourable Justice Johanne Trudel at the Federal Court of Appeal, and to the Honourable Justice Sheilah L. Martin at the Supreme Court of Canada.

Ludmer et al v. Canada Revenue Agency: Ludmer in an action taken against the CRA for abusive conduct during the course of an audit and reassessment.
