Mehdi Ghazi, LL.M, CRHA
Human Resources Manager
Mehdi oversees the Human Resources and Professional Development at IMK. He manages all talent policies and programs for both associates and support staff, and collaborates on campus recruitment with the partners in charge.
He holds a master’s degree in labour law and is a member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés (CRHA). Mehdi has many years of experience in legal talent management within several Montréal law firms, and prior to joining IMK, he was Director of Talent Management and Organizational Development at a major accounting firm in Montréal.
He also currently serves on the Board of Directors of the HEC Montréal Alumni Association.
