Marie-Hélène joined IMK in 2019. After having obtained her civil and common law degrees from McGill University, she clerked for Justice Nicholas Kasirer at the Supreme Court of Canada.

Marie-Hélène also completed a Masters in Law at the University of Oxford (with distinction), as a McCall MacBain scholar. Her dissertation addresses the challenges arising at the intersection of administrative law and artificial intelligence, from a comparative law perspective. The Oxford Faculty of Law awarded her the Ralph Chiles Prize in Comparative Human Rights upon graduation. She was also awarded the Clifford Chance Prize for the best performance in the MJur programme at Oxford.

At IMK, Marie-Hélène is involved in a variety of files and is particularly interested in constitutional, administrative and appellate litigation.
