Since joining IMK in 1999, Manon has played a key role in the firm, providing administrative, legal, technological and marketing support. Versatile and thorough, she coordinates IT tools, welcomes and trains new team members, and manages day-to-day equipment and internal communications. She also acts as a legal assistant and paralegal, helping to prepare complex files. At the same time, Manon leads the firm's digital initiatives, including website development and updates, social media management, and the creation of visual and editorial content. Her multidisciplinary expertise and organizational skills make her a valuable resource for the smooth running of the firm.
