John joined IMK in the winter of 2022 as an associate, after having completed his articling and worked as a judicial law clerk at the Court of Appeal of Quebec for the Honourable Guy Gagnon. Throughout his academic curriculum, he took part in various moots, notably Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna and the ICC International Commercial Mediation Competition in Paris.
John is involved in a variety of civil and commercial matters, with a special interest in all questions related to administrative and constitutional law, including civil liberties.
