Haroun Aramis
Student-at-Law
Haroun joined IMK in May 2026 as a law student. He is currently completing his bachelor’s law degree at the Université du Québec à Montréal. Alongside his studies, he has conducted academic research projects on equality rights and worked in a firm specializing in refugee law. He also represented his university in the Laskin Moot Court Competition, where his team won the award for best factums.
Before pursuing his law studies, Haroun completed a B.A. in economics and politics at the University of Montreal, as well as an M.A. in political science at Concordia University. His thesis earned him a distinction for excellence and made him a finalist for the Jenson-Pétry Award, presented to the best master’s thesis by the Société québécoise de science politique. Haroun also worked as a journalist at Radio-Canada.
