Emily joined IMK in 2026. She began her career in a boutique litigation firm specialising in constitutional law. She completed her legal studies (B.C.L./J.D.) at McGill University in 2023. During her studies, she contributed as an editor for the McGill Journal of Sustainable Development Law and worked as a research assistant in public law and federalism. Emily also volunteered with the Legal Information Clinic at McGill and the Mobile Legal Clinic.
Emily is involved in a variety of civil and commercial litigation cases, as well as administrative and constitutional matters.
