Elza Bačić

Elza assists lawyers in preparing proceedings, examinations, undertakings and hearings, including coordinating all logistical aspects. She also conducts research in various legal registers and databases.

After completing a master’s degree in law at the Université Libre de Bruxelles in Belgium, Elza moved to Montreal, where she gained experience in civil and commercial litigation and class actions. She joined IMK in 2021 as a legal assistant. Over time, she progressed to paralegal duties, playing a key role in case management, particularly at the Court of Appeal.
