Eleni’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, class actions, injunctions, contractual disputes, construction litigation and cases involving fraud. She represents a variety of clients including several large companies and municipalities in complex cases which include litigations in the aeronautics industry, class actions, litigations involving misappropriation of public funds and insolvency litigations. She has also been involved in several cases with media coverage.
She joined IMK in 2016 after practicing for over 15 years with a national firm. Eleni has also participated in many lengthy trials, during which she contributed her solid experience in case management.
She taught the course on obligations at Bar School from 2007 to 2018.

Safran Landing Systems v. Bombardier: companies of the Safran group in a litigation against Bombardier in the aeronautics industry.
Turenne et al. v. FTQ-Construction: FTQ Construction in a class action instituted by workers and companies in the construction industry alleging losses suffered further to demonstrations that occurred in 2011.
Precisions S.F. Tech inc. v. RTI Claro and Arconic (now Howmet Aerospace): RTI Claro and Howmet Aerospace in a litigation against Précisions S.F. Tech in the aeronautics industry.
Centre québécois du droit de l’environnement v. Oléoduc Énergie Est Ltée: TransCanada in the context of an injunction sought by environmental groups to stop geotechnical work at Cacouna.
Sibiga v. Fido Solutions Inc.: Rogers in a class action on roaming charges.
Dimedia v. Renaud-Bray: Dimedia in an injunction action against Renaud-Bray for breach of contract.
Leblanc v. UPS: UPS in the context of a class action for brokerage fees.
8D Technologies v. SVLS: Bixi in the context of an injunction and action in damages for breach of contract.
