David B. Éthier
Partner
David is a partner at IMK since 2018 and a lawyer for more than 15 years. His practice spans all areas of civil and commercial litigation, with a particular focus on real estate and property law, construction, aeronautics, insurance and estate’s litigation.
He is an experienced and well recognized litigator. He acts as lead counsel in complex, high-stakes litigation, including trials and appeals before Québec courts at all levels, and commercial arbitrations. His diverse clientele includes real estate investments firms and developers, contractors, aerospace companies, municipalities, governmental bodies as well as individuals.
David is also actively involved in the legal community and at IMK. He is a director and a member of several committees of the Canadian Bar Association, Québec Division, and a member of the recruitment committee at IMK.
