Blaise Evelyn

Blaise joined IMK in 2026 after articling in the public sector.
He obtained his Bachelor of Civil Law and Juris Doctor (B.C.L./J.D.) from McGill University in 2025. During his legal studies, he served as Executive Director of the Legal Information Clinic at McGill and worked as a research assistant in federalism and intergovernmental cooperation. Blaise was also a student intern at the Superior Court of Quebec.
Blaise is strongly interested in administrative and constitutional matters and is involved in a variety of civil and commercial litigation files.
