Benoit Dupras

Benoit is a law student currently completing his B.C.L./J.D. at McGill University, where he also works as an editor for the Law Journal. He graduated from the University of British Columbia in 2022 with a B.A. in International Relations and Economics. During his undergraduate studies, Benoit worked at Global Affairs Canada and Crown-Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs Canada. Before embarking on the study of law, he also completed the Parliamentary Internship Program (PIP) in Ottawa.

Benoit is particularly interested in constitutional law, administrative law, and commercial litigation.
