Benjamin Herrera
Associate
Benjamin joined IMK in 2025 as an associate. Prior to joining IMK, he completed his articling and practiced with a national firm.
In 2024-2025, Benjamin acted as counsel to the Commission on Foreign Interference in Federal Electoral Processes and Democratic Institutions presided by the Honourable Marie-Josée Hogue.
He obtained his Bachelor of Civil and Common Law (B.C.L./LL.B.) from McGill University in 2020. During his studies, he completed an exchange at Fudan University in Shanghai, and was involved in several legal clinics.
Benjamin maintains a varied practice in commercial, civil and public law litigation.
