Sophie and Olga represented the Autorité des marchés financiers against a claim of several millions of dollars brought by 54 investors in New-Brunswick who claimed, amongst other things, that the AMF was negligent in its investigation. The AMF was opposing the application of its immunities. The action in damages of the Plaintiffs was dismissed.
