Claudia Xavier-Bonifay Law Clerk at the Supreme Court of Canada.

We are delighted to announce that Claudia has been selected to clerk for the Honourable Justice Mary T. Moreau at the Supreme Court of Canada for the year 2025-2026.

A law student at IMK since May 2023, she has since completed her bachelor’s degree at the Université du Québec à Montréal. Once she has completed her professional training at the École du Barreau, Claudia will clerk for the Honourable Yves de Montigny at the Federal Court of Appeal. She will then join the IMK team in the summer of 2026.
