Our representative work includes defending a group of individuals alleged to have breached non-solicitation and non-competition clauses and their duty of loyalty when they left to work for a competitor. We have advised and currently advise numerous clients in the negotiation of severance packages. We also advised an organization in an internal investigation for sexual harassment.
